Caraway is my favorite cookware brand. After watching the film Dark Waters last year, I ditched all of my old Teflon and upgraded to this safer cookware. It's an expensive upgrade - but worth it! This pan is great because it heats up quickly - but the handle stays cool and it's not heavy to move. It's easy to wipe down and clean with just dish soap and water - even if there is sticky food on the bottom. It's a small size so best to use for sauces. I went with the light gray pan. Do not use any metal on this pan because you don't want to scratch the surface and damage it. I use a silicone spatula only.
